TiR Titanium Racing Delrin Spool Outdrives. Not sure what model these are meant to fit, but generally they pade parts for Schumacher (unlikely), Losi, Yokomo, Hot Bodies and HPI.

If i was to guess, i'd say HPI or Hot bodes spool outdrives (touring car)
